Abstracts: The abstract can be submitted online at this website from 1 March 2009.

Format of abstract: The abstract should be submitted in .doc or .rtf format (please avoid the use of .docx format). The abstract should contain sufficient information including Introduction, Meterials and Methods, and Results and Discussion. The abstract, especially for oral presentation, should contain Figure or Table to show some solid results.

Manuscript: The limited length of manuscript is 4 page. The manuscript will be edited for both English and format by NIR professionals and native English speakers.
